At Didi Beads Online Shop, we stand behind and guarantee the quality of all our products. We don't just ship directly from our source, all orders received from our reputable suppliers are quality-verified and sorted right here in our Montreal workshop before it gets delivered into our customers' hands. If a product is not to my personal satisfaction, it will NOT be sold in my shop. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and are not eligible for returns, exchange nor refunds. However, in case of any discrepancy or an oversite on our part, we would gladly review it for a solution, You can count on us !! in addition, we cannot always guarantee a smooth journey by carrier services. For any damaged and/or tampered packages received, we ask that you immediately contact us within 5 days for a possible replacement or deem a satisfied solution. (A photo of the damaged/ tampered items will be required for evaluation and insurance purposes)  In the event of an undelivered package, a 30-45 days waiting period from ship date is required before taking any further actions. If we are unable to replace or complete your order due to an inventory shortage, you will either be contacted or receive an automatic refund for the difference and/or complete order (excluding shipping charges).
